We are happy to inform you that The VI Balkan Medical Forum which was held in Georgia, Tbilisi from 6^th to 7^th of March had a record number of participants and also united key experts in neonatology.

Summing up, there were 185 registered participants and experts from more than 12 countries (Austria, Russia, Georgia, Poland, Romania Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and others) visited various sections.

The VI Balkan Medical Forum held at a high technological level as it registered 345 simultaneous participants in on-line broadcast! In total the on-line broadcast of Forum were visited by 380 Experts from 29 countries.

Leading experts of perinatal medicine and reanimation of newborns shared invaluable international experience with the practicing experts from the leading clinical centers; they highlighted the main objectives, tasks and problems existing at present according to the latest international standards.

The Master classes organized at The Forum allowed mastering the newest techniques of maintaining and reanimation of newborns, including modern techniques of injection of surfactant.
